Further…..
2015……. Of course, there is always the chance to jet off to warmer climes, and this year Halkidiki in Greece seemed like a great idea, and it proved to be exactly that!
Lovely sunshine and great inspiration that is fueling my work for the coming winter!

Of course, while the sun shone abroad, it shone here too and I did get out for an evening session with the paints, and a glass of Pinot, for an evening view of Malmesbury from the ‘other side’ of Daniel’s Well. Unfortunately the original was damaged, however, an ‘all in one go’ was worked up to take its place.

Of course, that wasn’t the only painting this year! A trip up to Thurso in the north of Scotland and further trips in Devon and Greece have provided further inspiration.
